Privacy Policy
TableHTML HK converts documents into editable HTML and Excel files. This policy describes the beta service. It must be reviewed against the final hosting provider, domain and business details before launch.
What we process
- The PDF and filename you choose to upload.
- Text, tables and page coordinates extracted to create your result.
- Short-lived job identifiers, processing status and technical security information needed to operate and protect the service.
Purpose and legal authority
We process a document only to provide the conversion you request, maintain security and diagnose operational failures. You must have permission to upload and process the document. Do not upload material you are not authorised to handle.
Processing and retention
Documents are processed on the service’s secured server. Source PDFs and rendered page images are deleted after conversion assembly. The downloadable result is available for up to one hour and is then removed. Generated downloads are created on request. A service restart may remove results earlier.
Service providers
Infrastructure, domain, security and hosting companies may process limited data on our behalf. Their locations and names will be listed here before public launch. We do not sell document content.
Advertising and analytics
The beta converter does not send filenames, document text or extracted fields to advertising or analytics providers. If advertising cookies or measurement tools are introduced, this policy and the required consent controls will be updated first.
Your choices
You can delete an active conversion using the Clear control. For a privacy request or question, contact billycheung2210@gmail.com.
