Terms of Use
These draft terms cover the TableHTML HK public beta. Final business identity, governing-law and contact details must be completed before launch.
Permitted use
You may use the service to transcribe documents that you own or are authorised to process. You must not upload unlawful material, malware, documents obtained without permission, or content whose processing would violate another person’s rights.
Human review required
Document recognition can omit, rearrange or misread content. You must compare results with the source. The service does not provide financial, immigration, legal, tax, audit, compliance or eligibility decisions.
Service limits
The beta accepts supported PDFs subject to the displayed file and page limits. Jobs may be delayed, rejected or removed to protect availability and security. Results are temporary and should be downloaded promptly.
No warranty
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free extraction and are not responsible for decisions made without checking the source document.
